Shipping

All of our items are shipped using USPS (United States Postal Service).

Our clothing items such as t-shirts, hats, leggings, etc. are typically shipped to you in 3 to 5 business days.

Metal art items are shipped out in 7 to 10 working days.

International Shipping

PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER:
Please contact your local postal office for any and all duties/fees/taxes associated with international shipping once your package arrives in your area. YOU are responsible for paying said duties/fees/taxes before the postal office will release your package to you. These fees/duties/taxes are NOT included in the shipping fee associated with the USPS charged attached to your order with Creepy Tee Factory.

We use Priority International service via the USPS, as first class International shipping does not include insurance and can take up to a month to arrive. 
USPS claims arrival in 6 to 10 working days, however Creepy Tee Factory is not liable for international items that are delayed by customs as we have no control over that process. 

Refunds and Exchanges

Quality products are very important to us.  Therefore, all of our products are inspected by a team member before they are sent to you.  We also want you to be as excited upon receiving your item as you were when you ordered it.  If for some reason you are not pleased with your purchase contact us and we will make every effort to make it right.

All returns must be returned within 14 days of original purchase.  Tags must still be intact. We cannot accept items that have been worn or washed, etc.

Let us know what the issue is and whether you would like to:

make an exchange such as size or color

receive store credit for a returned item

receive a refund for your item credited to the original card used

***We do not offer cash refunds***

If you received an incorrect item (color, size) or the item is defective or damaged, send us a photo of the damage/error along with the order number (required) and we will be happy to create a return shipping label for you. Said items are required to be returned to Creepy Tee Factory in original packaging and shipped back to us within 14 days of receipt of that item.  Shipping charges on all other returned will not be refunded. Client is responsible for return shipping on "change of heart" or incorrect ordering.
